Welcome to Draft Prospects Hockey ("Platform," "we," "our," or "us"). This Platform is owned and operated by The Prospect Don Holdings LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. Draft Prospects Hockey is a brand and asset of that company.

By accessing or using this Platform, including the franchise simulator, the draft simulators and the scouting model, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms").

1. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
Reverse engineer, replicate, or rebuild the simulator
Use automated tools (bots, scraping, or data mining)
Interfere with platform functionality
Use the Platform for commercial purposes without authorization
Use any content or data from the Platform to train, fine-tune, evaluate or ground a machine-learning model or dataset

2. Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform — including but not limited to:

The franchise and draft simulators
Website design and layout
Text, graphics, logos, and media
Data, algorithms, and modeling logic
Player ratings, grades, ceilings, rankings and scouting reports

are owned by The Prospect Don Holdings LLC and/or affiliated entities and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

Club names, crests, logos and player names and likenesses are the property of their respective owners and appear on the Platform for identification and editorial commentary only. Nothing in this licence grants you any right in them. See Rights, Sources & Disclaimers for the full position.

3. Simulator disclaimer

The simulators are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. They:

Do not guarantee real-world outcomes
Are not affiliated with or endorsed by any professional league, including the National Hockey League
Use proprietary models, assumptions, and logic

All results are hypothetical. Simulated seasons, drafts, trades, awards and statistics did not happen and are not any player's record.

4. Ratings and projections

Player ratings, grades, ceilings, comparables and rankings are the subjective editorial opinion of Draft Prospects Hockey. They are not measurements, not statements of fact about any person, and not a prediction of what any player will do. Statistics and tracking figures shown on the Platform are compiled from publicly available sources, are unofficial, and can be delayed, mismatched or wrong.

5. No professional advice

Content on this Platform does not constitute:

Financial advice
Betting advice
Professional sports predictions or guarantees

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

6. User conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access
Upload malicious code or disrupt services

7. Accounts and saved leagues

You are responsible for activity under your account and for anyone you share a league code with. Leagues and saved franchises may be reset, migrated or removed as the Platform changes. Nothing here is a guarantee that a saved season will survive indefinitely.

8. Third-party links

The Platform may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform and its operator shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or opportunities
Errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including:

Accuracy
Reliability
Availability
Fitness for a particular purpose

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

Restrict or terminate access at any time
Remove content
Enforce these Terms

12. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, where The Prospect Don Holdings LLC is organised, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
